Common questions about tire change
- Do you bring a new tire?
- No — we install the spare that's in your trunk. If you don't have a usable spare, we'll tow your vehicle to a tire shop instead.
- What if my spare is a donut?
- Donut spares are speed-limited (usually 50 mph) and distance-limited (usually 50 miles). We'll install it and recommend a tire shop within range.
- Can you patch the flat tire?
- On-site tire patching isn't included in standard tire change service. We can recommend a nearby tire shop for a proper patch or replacement.
